Get When to Post
The same live answer as this page, on your menu bar and your home screen, for any audience you pick.
Questions people actually ask
Why does the timezone matter more than the hour?
Every published study of posting times reports its findings in the audience's local time, because engagement follows the moment people pick up their phones, not the moment you press publish. That makes โpost at 10 AMโ incomplete advice. 10 AM where? If you live in Paris and your audience is in New York, the peak 10 AM slot lands at 4 PM your time. Get the conversion wrong by one hour and you have missed the window entirely.
Do I pick where I am, or where my audience is?
Both, and they do different jobs. Your audience's location decides which hour is the peak; your own location decides what that hour reads as on your clock. Pick your own city first and this site converts every peak into your time, including the day it falls on. An evening peak somewhere else can sit on your previous afternoon or your next morning.
What does this site actually give me?
A page for every combination of where you are and who you are posting to, with the peak hours for all 7 platforms shown on both clocks side by side, across 76 timezones in 51 countries. No sign-up and no calculator to operate, and the conversion is already done on the page.
Does every platform peak at the same time?
No, and the gap is large. LinkedIn's single strongest slot of the week is 4 PM on Wednesday, while TikTok's is 5 PM on Saturday. Facebook has the earliest strong slot of the 7 platforms covered, at 8 AM on Wednesday. Each platform also has its own weak weekdays, so a single fixed posting slot cannot serve all of them.
Do these times change with daylight saving?
The audience's peak hour never moves, since it is stated on their clock. What moves is what that hour reads as on yours, and for a week or two each spring and autumn the usual difference is an hour out, because countries do not all change their clocks on the same date. These pages are rebuilt weekly against live timezone rules rather than computed once, so the conversions hold through those weeks.
Where do these posting times come from?
Several reputable public analyses of engagement across billions of posts, published by major social scheduling platforms. The figures are aggregated guidance rather than guarantees: they describe how a platform behaves on average, and your own audience always wins if the two disagree.
